Product Safety Precautions: 

  1. Do not use the massage ball on uneven or rough surfaces such as tar road or sandy field. 
  2. Do not attach, hook or loop the resistant band over any sharp-edged surfaces such as pole or pillar. 
  3. Check for wear (breaks, white areas, cuts, tears, holes, nicks) to avoid your band breaking during an exercise. 
  4. Check that it is secured in place so that it doesn’t come unhooked as you are exercising. Attempt to pull the anchored massage ball to ensure that it’s safe to withstand the pull force. 
  5. Massage ball are made from natural latex which may cause allergic reactions. 
  6. Be careful with the exercises at head height! Keep away from eyes, the massage ball could slip out of hand or holder, and snap in the face!
  7. Do not overstretch Sanctband | Sanctband Active (F≥200%), do not create too much tension. Choose the massage ball that matches your physical condition and muscle strength.

Product Care & Storage Advice:

  1. Do not store outdoors. Store Massage Ball away from direct sunlight and heat. 
  2. Avoid storing massage ball alongside sharp objects. 
  3. Clean massage ball by wiping using a damp clean cloth to free it from dirt or particles. 
  4. Be sure to regularly check the general condition of your massage ball If you notice a crack or a snag, stop using the product and replace it.

We require 2 business days to pack & ship your full order. However, during promotional period and/or holiday weeks, your order will be shipped within 7 business days. 

Your item(s) will be delivered via PosLaju as standard delivery and it may takes up to seven(7) business days.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information for your tracking on the delivery status.

Please note, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for your information to appear in the PosLaju system. If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.

Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and, unfortunately, we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made. We aim to deliver your order within the time indicated, but we are not able to guarantee any firm dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Most orders will ship from our warehouse while a few low inventories or specialty items will ship from our suppliers. To get your full order on its way, we occasionally ship from a combination of these locations so you’ll receive a couple of packages. 

If your order ships in separate packages, we will send you multiple tracking numbers.

Shipping within Malaysia is always FREE when you spend RM80 and above (for Peninsular Malaysia only)

There will be a flat rate shipping cost for orders: 

Peninsular Malaysia: RM7 for orders below RM80

Refund Policy


1.Our return policy lasts 7 days (Base on individual Vendor’s Sales Policy). If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3.Due to hygiene reasons, inner garments (inclusive sports bra) are exempt from being exchanged and/or returned.

4.To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

5.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

6.There are certain situations where refunds are not granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

1.Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you (via email ) that we have received your returned item.

2.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. Depending on the bank you provided, refunds may take up to 5 business days plus 3 – 4 days for processing. Once we have your items checked and approved of refund, we’ll process accordingly.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1.If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.

2.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
