For order below RM100, shipping fee will be charged:

  • West Malaysia, RM8
  • East Malaysia, RM14

  • For any defective or wrong item received, you are required to inform us by email at cs@fuel2fit.cc or whatsapp us at +6012-470 3002 or Call us at +603-7773 1673 (Office) within 7 days of receiving your order with the title of “RETURN AND EXCHANGE ITEM” attached with the following details for approval:
    1. Name & Contact No.
    2. Order number
    3. Picture
    4. Reason of return
  • Our shipping address will be given to you once your case is approved for return or exchange.
  •  In the event that the returning item is OUT OF STOCK, we will offer you:
    1. Replace with other same value item
    2. Cash Voucher with the same amount (One month validity)
    3. Refund the FULL AMOUNT of your actual paid

*Any late response of more than 1 week will not be entertained. Please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging.
