We require 2 business days to pack & ship your full order. However, during promotional period and/or holiday weeks, your order will be shipped within 7 business days.
Your item(s) will be delivered via Pos Laju as standard delivery and it may takes up to seven (7) business days.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking information for your tracking on the delivery status.
Please note, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for your information to appear in the Pos Laju system. If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.
Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and, unfortunately, we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made. We aim to deliver your order within the time indicated, but we are not able to guarantee any firm dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late of delivery.
Be sure to use the correct shipping address, complete with a suite or apartment number if applicable, an incorrect or incomplete address will almost always delay delivery.

Delivery in Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah/Sarawak
At Amnig Official Store, a flat rate of RM8.00 shipping fee will be applied to the order.
All orders require a signature upon item delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once orders have been dispatched. Please ensure that there is someone to sign for your order at the indicated shipping address.
We seek to process your refunds within 14 days, however when you will receive your funds will depend on the time that bank takes to process your refund. If you do not receive your refund after 21 days, please contact our customer care team to check on the status of your refund.
We will refund the full price of purchase of the relevant product returned to use excluding shipping charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same methods of payment for the original purchase.

We are proud and take pride in our products and we want you to have a 100% satisfaction experience with us! You will be able to return your purchases within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com to initiate a return request.
Amnig Exchange Policy
Amnig does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to obtain a refund on returns when the return is in line with our return policy.
Damaged and Defective Products
Amnig takes a lot of efforts and checks to ensure that all our products are defect free when completed. We also test our products in actual sports conditions to ensure that they are up to the functions that they are designed for. It is very rare that Amnig products will be damaged or defective.
All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and if there are any damage to the products as a result of manufacturing defects, we will undertake to fully refund the cost of purchase of any defective products.
We will not undertake any returns if the reason is other than material quality of defects. We do not refund products that are:

Worn or hand tag removed.
Eligibility of Returns
Return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the products.
Items should not be worn or soiled and should be in its original packaging.
Returns will only be accepted if the original label/hand tag has not been removed.
