UTM Eco Ultra for 2nd series edition is presented to you by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and JB Ultra Consultant. UTM Eco Ultra will be held between 2nd June 2023 – 3rd June 2023 at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru.

The ultra-distance running organized in Johor University with minimum of three (3) categories; 50km, 25km and 15km. Runner will be taken through the UTM Recreational Forest is a 53-hectare reserve forest located within the campus vicinity. It offers unique natural beauty comprising hilly topography that is a habitat for diverse species of flora and fauna. The race will give every chance of lifetime to experience running in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru.

Terms & Conditions

  1. You understand the unique nature and requirements of trail running.
  2. You are able to deal with, on your own without assistance, deteriorating weather conditions (low temperatures, strong winds, and rain) and other troubles expected when traveling across mountainous terrain.
  3. You are able to deal with extreme fatigue, internal organ and digestive problems, muscle pain, mild physical injuries and psychological problems on your own.
  4. You fully understand that you are responsible for overcoming the above conditions 1 to 4 on your own and that it is not the responsibility of the race organization.
  5. You are fully aware that when participating in an outdoor activity such as this race, your safety depends on your own skills and abilities.
  6. Video/television footage, photos, articles, race results, etc. may be used and/or shown in newspapers, television, magazines, internet, pamphlets, etc.
  7. You understand and agree that these rights belong to the organization and may be used for these purposes.
