BNWRC Lumba Lari Virtual Race 2021

Join the BNWRC Lumba Lari virtual race in support of Buku Jalanan Chow Kit to help raise funds for underprivileged children. In troubled times, we strive to empower community engagement by encouraging you to run and stay healthy, while inspiring others to do the same. We believe sports and fitness are healthy outlets for children to express themselves and stay motivated.

Buku Jalanan Chow Kit

Buku Jalanan Chow Kit (BJCK) works to provide equal education opportunities to all children in Chow Kit. BJCK is a safe and stimulating refuge for at risk youths to learn, play & interact with positive role models. Through community initiatives and home-schooling programs, we aim to provide the foundation needed for them to become responsible and contributing members of society

1. The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without any notice.

2. Entry forms will only be processed upon receiving full payment of the entry fee (RM 40.00).

3. Once registration has been duly processed, there will be strictly no refunds after payment is made, for any reason whatsoever. There will be strictly no refunds for Participants who do not eventually take part in the Event for whatever reason. Change of participant details, refunds, as well as participation transfers are not allowed.

4. Participants must complete race category in ONE run during 1- 11^th April 2021 and submit results before submission deadline in order to be eligible for the e-cert.

5. Race submission must clearly indicate distance, run time and date.

6. While every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the safety of Participants, the Participants take part solely at their own risk and the Organiser, Sponsors and Affiliates will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for, before, during, or after participation in Lumba Lari. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before their run. Participants must accept and understand that he/she must have the physical fitness suitable for the category that he/she registered for, by the day of the run

7. Each Participant must adhere to the current SOP guidelines as set by relevant authorities. Organizer will not be responsible for any issues which you may face as a result of non compliance to SOPs.

8. Participants must provide true and accurate information to the organizer. Any willful dishonesty may render a participant’s entry invalid and the organizer reserves the right to ament or cancel such participant’s entry without compensation. The Organiser will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.

9. Your personal data collected will be used for administrative purposes and Race Pack delivery.

10. Failure to provide accurate delivery address for Race Packs will result in delivery cancelations. Once Race Pack has been passed over to 3^rd party delivery partners, they assume the responsibility for your Race Pack.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event (including any programme(s), event(s), talk(s), demonstration(s) or any other activities associated before, during or after Lumba Lari Virtual Race, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising, publicity purpose and distribution to Sponsors anywhere in the world.

12. First 150 participants will receive a FREE race pack (Medal, Jersey & Face Mask) from Zush Sdn Bhd & E-Vouchers from Zalora, Batcave Gym, Aperture Cafe & DHB Central. Participants 151 and above will have an option to purchase medal, jersey, mask or complete Race Pack (Medal, Jersey & Face Mask).
