Term and condition

EVENT

1. The event will be held on 19th October 2019, Saturday, at Educity Nusajaya, Johor.
2. The organizer reserves the right to change the Date and/or Routes or to postpone the event at any time without prior notice to the participants.
3. The organizer reserves the right to delay the start of the run in the event of heavy rain or extreme weather condition/natural disaster. If the unfavourable weather condition persists after the delay, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the run without providing refunds.
4. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned.

REGISTRATION

1. Everyone is required to register via online registration.
2. All payments are to be collected in Ringgit Malaysia.
3. Once Participant’s registration has been duly processed, there will be NO refund of fees to Participants who wish to withdraw their participation for whatever reason.
4. Registration closing date: 25th September 2019
5. There is no limit on the number of participants.
6. Available t-shirt size only as per chart attached

CATEGORY

1. Only one category 5 km run are offered.
2. Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult participant of the same category.
3. Children below 7 years old are welcome to join the run for free with accompany of guardian but will not receive runner’s entitlement.

ENTITLEMENT

1. Runners will be receiving finisher medal and refreshment upon arriving the finishing line.
2. Runners who fail to complete the run will not receive their finisher medals.
3. Cut-off time for 5km Run is 3hours. Anyone who fails to complete the race beyond the cut-off time will be advised to be transported by ‘sweeper’ vehicles to the finishing point.

RUNNER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organizer to ensure the Participants’ safety, Participants participate in the event at their own risk.
2. The Organizer will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death.
3. It is recommended that all participants have personal accident and/or health insurance.
4. Participants are strongly advised to go for medical examination and/or consult a medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual event day.
5. It is responsibility of every participant to ensure that they are fit and healthy to participate in the run without major morbidity.
6. Our medical team has the sole and final authority to remove any participant from the event if the participant is deemed to be physically unfit to continue the event resulting in serious injury.
7. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property during the event.

PHOTO AND VIDOE

1. The organizer reserves the right to use any photography (including those of participants) recording during the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertisement.
