Precious Run, the 4th edition in 2019 to be held in conjunction with CentriSoh’s 4th year anniversary. The objective of Precious Run is to recognise the precious contributions by men N women in society, their families, friends and partners. That is why the design of the official t-shirts and finisher medals featured a couple and joined hearts, our signature trademark.

  1. All participants must register online by providing their Name, NRIC number (passport number for foreigners), gender, contact number, emergency contact and email address.
  2. Upon successful registration, each participant will receive a confirmation slip via email. The confirmation slip serves as the only valid evidence of registration. All participants are required to present their respective confirmation slip during Race Entry Pack Collection Day.
  3. The Event is opened to participants who are 12 years old or above for 12km category and 7 years old above for 6km Fun run category. Age is calculated based on 31 December 2019.
  4. Participants must wear their bib numbers at the front top side of the running wear. Pin your number bib prominently as high as possible – and attach them to the front of the Runners’ Tee using the safety pins that have been provided. Please ensure that the number bib is visible.
  5. Tampering with the race number bib in any way (e.g. obscuring/removing sponsor’s identification) will result in your disqualification. The organiser shall immediately disqualify any participants if this rule is not strictly observed.
  6. The race route will NOT be closed to public for the duration of the race.
  7. Pets, bicycles, in-line skates, prams, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers and any other wheel-run objects are not allowed to be used by the Participants on the race route.
  8. No substitutions are allowed before or on race day without prior written consent from PR 2019.
  1. The duration of the Competition is 2.5 hours after flag off. The Competition will be officially over at 9:30am
  2. The event will be flagged-off in accordance with the following start times:

Note 1: Participants for 6KM Fun Run can either opt for “Yes” or “No” to purchase traveller’s personal accident insurance.
- If a participant selects “Yes", he/she will have to pay an additional RM3.20
- If a participant selects “No", no additional payment is required. The safety and well-being of participants are their own responsibility. They should always run within their own abilities.


  1. Finisher medals will be awarded upon completion of the run.
  2. Female will receive RIGHT side | Male will receive the LEFT side of the whole medal. When the 2 medals combined together, they will form a heart shape.
    Note 1: You can consider purchasing another half part of the whole medal through the merchandise portal
  3. Registered participants who do not turn up in person on Race Day will be disqualified and will not be entitled to a finisher medal.

  1. Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the top 10 winners of categories A, B, C, D and E only. Verification of all podium winners will be conducted at reporting tent at 9am. Prize Presentation Ceremony will be held at 9.30am.
    Note 1: Event organiser has the right to increase the number of trophies for podium winner should the number of participants for any one of the entry categories receives more entries than other categories.

Participants without Bibs on event day will not be entitled to participate in the lucky draw.
  1. No refund of entry fee once you have registered the race, regardless of any category, in any circumstances.
  2. Changes of Bib name is not allowed.
  3. All participants are strongly advised not to proceed the race without the updated runner information on the Race Bib for your safety reasons.
  1. There will be 2 water stations serving isotonic drinks and drinking water which will be located at the 4KM and 8KM marks for the 12KM category.
  2. The water station for the 6KM category will be at the 4KM mark.
  3. Light refreshment stations are located near the starting/finishing point. Both isotonic drinks and mineral water will be available to all runners.
  1. Light refreshment will be served after the race.
  2. In order to keep the park clean, littering is strictly prohibited. Please dispose all rubbish into the garbage bags provided to facilitate the cleaning up process.
  3. If you wish to have your group photograph taken, kindly ask our photographer on duty for assistance.
  1. You may find any suitable parking space available at your own risks and responsibilities either at the Padang Merbok road side or the nearby Bukit Aman Multi Storey car park. Strictly no parking allowed inside the Lake Garden area.
  2. You are advised to arrive early at the venue.
  3. You are also encouraged to car pool with your team members.
  4. Please do not park your car indiscriminately.
Mobile toilets are available with no charge.

12KM Competitive Run



6KM Fun Run

  1. There will be checkpoints along the route to ensure fair competition for every participant.
  2. Marshals will be stationed at strategic points to ensure every participant runs on the right route.

Time: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

Parking: First hour - FOC | Every subsequent hour or part thereof - RM1

Late collection will not be entertained and PR 2019 shall not be liable for any other loss or inconveniences caused, due to Participants’ inability to collect their running bibs. For avoidance of doubt, PR 2019 is not obliged to extend the collection period or to ensure that a Participant receives his or her running bib. At all times, it is the responsibility of the Participant to collect his or her running bib. Running bibs not collected 30 minutes prior to flag-off time will be deemed to be unwanted, and PR 2019 shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly.

  1. There will be 3 Sweepers to accompany last runners to make sure all runners come back in safe hand.
  2. Children who are participating in the event must be accompanied at all times by their parents or legal guardians. The organiser will not be held responsible for any incidents resulting from the non-compliance of the above.
  1. 1. The organiser will take every precaution to ensure the safety of the participants, however, all the participants who take part in the PR 2019 are at his or her own risk and shall be responsible for his or her own safety. The event organiser shall not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participating in PR 2019. The Participant is strongly encouraged to consult his or her medical practitioner in respect of his or her health prior to registration and before the actual race day.
  2. A Participant must retire from the race immediately if required to do so by any member of the official medical staff, race director, referee and/or security officer.
  3. The race route will NOT be closed to public for the duration of the race.
Note 1: All runners of 12KM run are covered by Traveller’s Personal Accident Insurance.

Note 2: All runners for 6KM fun run have the option to purchase Traveller’s Personal Accident Insurance by topping up an additional RM3.20. Correct full name and NRIC number must be provided.

The policy is subject to the following clauses, warranties or endorsements:

Food and Gas Poisoning
This policy extends to cover death or bodily injury directly or indirectly caused by food & gas poisoning.

Harmful insect, snake and animal bites
It is hereby declared and agreed that the policy is extended to cover death or injury arising from harmful insect, snake and animal bites.

Unprovoked Murder & Assault
It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy extends to cover death and bodily injury caused directly or indirectly by unprovoked murder and assault.
Scenario 1
  1. Original Flag Off postponed for up to one hour
  2. Thereafter, all programs move by the duration of delay
Scenario 2
  1. Thunderstorm started after Flag Off
  2. Event will be aborted and all the participants will be notified to return to starting point
  3. Food, drinks and medals will be issued
Scenario 3
  1. Thunderstorm did not stop after one hour prior to Flag Off
  2. Event will be cancelled and all the participants will be notified
  3. Food, drinks and medals will be issued
Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organiser to ensure the participants' safety, however, all participants run at their own risk and the organiser will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participating in the Race. Your safety and well-being are your own responsibility. Always run within your own abilities.
