  • All team who start the race will be entitled for the finishing medal & T-shirt.

Date: 2nd November 2019 Saturday

Time: 8pm

  • Additional dinner can be purchase upon registration or after the registrations.
  1. Do not liter
  2. Complete loop shall be start and finish at the same timing mat in the loop of 5km
  3. Runner only allowed to run 1 loop each time.
  4. No runner will be allowed to run continuously for more than 2 loops and above.
  5. Runners have to run within the designed route set by organizer.
  6. Runner have to run with the baton, no baton will lead to DQ of the entire team
  7. No bib swapping between the same team mate or cross team member will be allowed.
  8. Baton have to surrender to technical tent in case of both runners need a rest before the next loop.
  9. Runners will be running the 4.3km loops, in relay matter.
  10. Hot food with many different verities will be serve for lunch at the start/finish line.
  11. Fruits, snacks, & drinks will be served throughout the day.
  12. No supporter & pacer shall be allowed during the looping
  13. Bib number must be clearly viewable in front.
  14. All runners must be running with the baton provided by the organizer
  • Runners will have drinks, food & ice at the transit area
  • Medical will be stand by
  • Runners will have tent to leave their belonging & taking rest.
  • Last runners have to reach at the finishing line before the 12 hours cut off

Do Not Finished (DNF)

  • There will be no DNF in this event.

Disqualifications (DQ)

  • Taking a short cut
  • Running without baton
  • Crossing the timing mat without baton
  • Run more than 1 loop continuously, by the same person
  • Disobey crew instructions

Change of team mate

  • Changing team mate will cost RM50 for each name changed.

Toilet

  • Mobile toilet will be place at the start/finish for your convenience.

Parking

  • Participant and support crew have to park the car at the resort or designed car park
  • Please do not block the residential entrance.
  • Do not park at the road site.

Road safety

  • The resort road will not be closed for this event
  • All runner has to run inside the designed area set by the organizer.
  • There will be sign board for the running directions

Emergency

  • Medical team will be base at the start/finish area.
  • Runners shall report the incident at the finishing, in case of seeing the case during the loop

Humanity respect

  • Please respect the crew and volunteers.
  • Please respect the residents.
  • Do not damage any property along the race route.
  • Please report to crew/volunteers or the authority, in case of the emergencies.

Prohibited

  • Disturbing other runners
  • No liters

Race cancellation

  • In case of unforeseen very heavy downpour, strong gust, or thunderstorm

Additional dinner would be RM36 for Adult & RM28 for Children under 12 year old
